Exactly my point….you call it a lil poo, hence it is not important and shouldn’t warrent any attention. Also why stand up to someone you regard as a juvenille delinquent? Surely that would mean stooping to a level of lower intelligence, which shouldn’t be worth your time.

indeed, i see your point but perhaps u would need to show the lil guy how wrong it is to be soo rude, u cant just stand there and let ppl say cr@p like that, its plain nasty, and that lil guy needs to be taught a lesson so he doesnt do it again,and wheather u have to “stoop to his level” so be it, at least ur standing up fro yourself.

So you show him it is wrong to be rude by getting physical? How is that setting an example in any way. And what does it matter if people says a bunch of things to you. If they are unimportant what they say shouldn’t have such an effect.

Responding to him in his own language of disrespect or violence just reinforces his idea that those are the right way for him to communicate, because he will see how well he “got through” to you. What he wants is your attention. Doesn’t matter if it’s positive or negative attention. If you give it to him, he’s gotten what he was after.

Look inside yourself and try to understand if there is any truth to what he is saying. Perhaps you have a smidgen of trashiness in you that he was able to detect.
