Well first of all you should tell the boy how you feel about him n your other friend and then talk to your friend about how shes been treating him, that way it seems like your just talking to her because the boy is hurt not because you like him but when you talk to him tell him how you really feel and when the time is right tell your friend that you like him
Well, since you're such good friends, talk to him. All you can do is tell him what your observations are. Just make sure your motives are clean...that you're not "seeing" this other girl thru jealous eyes.

U should ask my wife that question when we were younger yes she was a excellent (the best) friend but she made sure i knew it was better out there n that better was her n I thank her everyday for that
