Guy problems.. I dont understand this?

ok so I met this guy at a friends get together like last year, and he has me added on fb and everything he always tried chatting me I would ignore because I never really cared, then a yr later hes still tryna talk to me so I replied and he asked for my number and then on we have talked and stuff met up but he sometimes never returns my calls or texts and doesn’t make a effort to see me??? whats wrong?? and then when I get mad at him for and call him an asshole and say I never want to speak with him again and decide not to text or call him, he decides to call me and crap?? and hes like I was busy wth?!?! he does this all the time!! im just saying he cant text or answer his calls telling me that hes busy?? instead he ignores me and then when I ignore him he calls, I don’t understand??? can anyone help me please guys and girls

I did tell him how I feel he says he doesn’t mean to?? and does the same thing over again

my best friend actually has a similar problem. it seems like he only likes the chase of you. once he has you and know that you want him he feels lke its not fun anymore. but when you say you dont want to talk to him any more and ignore him, it drves him crazy because its like a challenge for him. if I was you id call him out on it and just tell him how annoyed you are.

without calling him outa and tell him anything just ignore him and his calls. take this from me into mind “ when the guy feels even for a few seconds that the girl he flirts with may responds with his attempts. be sure that he just take her as a freak. the ideal guy for me is his admitts his feelings toward the girl and face to face too” hope I could benifit.!!!

i would either forget him unless he answers and wene he says he will stop but he still does it then….well ya just tell him or forget him ure choice :3
