How can I make my hair grow long?

I work in the beauty field–specifically hair and the way to make hair grow longer is truly patience and discipline. You have to be willing to dedicate time to treating your hair correctly and smartly, that starts at the scalp if you have an oily scalp you have to find a good oil free shampoo and use it every single day. If you have a dry scalp then the opposite but don’t wash your hair everyday…at most twice a week and you have to do a weekly oil treatment. You buy a good oil, I’d suggest ‘Marrakesh Oil’ or any GOOD NATURAL non-salon oil. The conditioner is most important since it’s job is to ‘condition’ you need something with protein in it, go to a salon and ask your beautician (and please tell me you have a trusty person that regualry does your hair) to use a karetin based shampoo and conditioner on your hair. Avoid anythihng with alcohol or sulfate a great brand to use but that you can ONLY get in the salon is ‘Privana’ your hairdresser will know it like the back of his/her hand. You should also invest in a 99 cent scarf and wrap your hair up at night to keep your curls bouncy and not frizzy and in turn healthier. Hope it turns out well.
