Why do you get goosebumps sometimes when you sneeze?

I thought maybe it is because the force of your sneeze makes your muscles spasm just like they do when you are cold. And when that happens you automatically get goosebumps. Does any one else think that is why? Or is there another reason?

Answer #1

When you sneeze, it releases a little burst of adrenalin which, in turn, wakes up the part of the brain that receives emotional stimulation (without getting all scientific) and THAT is what causes the goosebumps.
