What are good vocal lessons/warm-ups?

Lately my voice has been really pitchy, ive been jumping notes for some reason too (not on purpose though) and i think i should start warming up before i sing, so are there any good lessons or warm-ups i could use?

Answer #1

do–Ra–me-fa-so-la . saying these halps me out it may work 4 u to

Answer #2

lol on my tv show somegirl sang “I am singing All of the notes” she went higher then lower. U can also sing, “me me me me me me me me me” getting higher and lower same as, “I I I I I I I I I”

Answer #3

Oh no…please don’t be influenced by the likes of Randy Jackson, and use his made-up word “pitchy.” There’s no such word in musicality, and what you’re saying doesn’t have to do with pitch (neither does it when Randy uses it).

But anyway, like the others said, sing the scale up and down…no matter what words or syllables you use.

Answer #4

my mom used to teach music and she would have her students sing “mama made me mash my m&ms.” over and over, going higher, then lower w your voice, then doing it an octave higher.

Answer #5

Momma made me mash my m&m’s…. Pappa pappa picked a pot of peas.
