I used to be a fairly healthy vegetarian, but skimmed it down to being a vegan not too long ago. I know what I can and cannot eat, that's not the issue. The only thing is that it seems like there just aren't a lot of meals I can have. I pretty much repeat the same two or three dishes for dinner. I love to cook, especially challenging things. I need dinner recipes, desserts, anything. :) Thanks for your help! (Sorry I have to add the content here, it won't let me put it in the question! :C)
