What are some good tips on losing belly fat?

Yea yea i’ve done crunches/sit-ups but lets face it…. i’m far too lazy to keep that up. Are there any other faster/easier methods/tricks to lose/burn some of that yucky belly fat?!?

less simple carbs.. more complex carbs, vegis, fruit, water and if you don’t like situps run or fast walk.. that is the best! jump in the sauna sometimes that helps a lot too.. great for the organs!

Drinking a lot of water helps, and replace 1 meal a day with a protein shake (I personally like the ones from kellogs). Also, try to eat at different intervals, hold off breakfast as long as you can, eat lunch at 2 instead of twelve, and eat dinner at 7, so you literally wont have time to get hungry again before bed. i don’t agree with the breakfast tip.. eat a balanced complex carb breakfast cuz you have the whole day ahead of you and need the energy to make it.. then eat a piece of fruit or something before lunch and after lunch and eat a light dinner not past 6pm and don’t be too unrealistic cuz you won’t stick to it.. you have to change your way of life not just do a temporary diet. once you try it you’ll feel better and won’t want to go back to junky stuff all the time anyways.
