Kind of random question as I am not actually getting married at this point, but I can see if being a problem in a little while, and besides, I like to plan ahead! I refuse to listen to mainstream music so there is no way I am having any at my wedding, whenever that may be, but all the indie "love songs" I have on my computer are so depressing! Does anyone know any indie music which is a happy love song and wedding appropriate?
wonderwall and the death cab for cutie are good ones but are like typical indie if you get me...i Iike Linkin park leave out all the rest, florence and the machine, you got the love or mayb even a nice paramore song depending which one (some of their songs arent very indie) but muse are generally quite indie and have some pretty lyrics...
Some songs me and my fiance have consiidered - Red jumpsuit apparatus - Your guardian angel. Oasis - wonderwall. Death cab for cutie - ill follow you into the dark. Plain white t's - Oh, it is love. Stained - Tangled up in you. Duffy - Syrup and honey. The Cranberries - Linger.
Oooh I love that Duffy song, I hadnt heard it before! You should definately use that at some point in your wedding- its beautiful! At this point in my unengaged life I think I am leaning towards First Day of my Life - Bright Eyes
Celine Dion - Because You Loved... Kelly Clarkson- a moment like this... Mark Wills- i do cherish you.... if you don't like them...I'll try and find more for you....but these are my fav.
