One of My favorite dinner is something I call "chicken surprise!" You take boneless chicken breast and cube them up. Place in casserole dish. On top of the chicken place chedder cheese (preferably sliced chedder cheese or swiss cheese) and then pour one can of cream of chicken on top of that. On top of this goes already cooked chicken stuffing (stove top stuffing works really well.) Place in oven until chicken cooks thoroughly...approx 45 mins - to an hour! Tada!!! It is the most scrumptious dinner ever...I like to make green beans to go with it.
