I am fond of using corsett belt, and it pains my tummy like whenever I drive or is seatig at work... Is it gonna cause me bad is I always do that?
yes and no! it wont do to much damage do your body but it will make you very uncomfortable during those times! if I was you I would were it but take it off when driving or sitting down! that's what I do!
