It just means stay away from people who have them. They are much worse later in life and since youve never been exposed your likely to catch them from someone who has them.

No, you won’t get them…UNLESS your parents somehow don’t believe in vaccines? The chicken pox vaccine has been around for more than a decade…it wasn’t brand new when both my kids got it. I had them at 14, they’re terrible.

And if somehow, your parents DIDn’t get you the vaccine…tell them to buy a clue :)

Nothing? Odds are you’ve been vaccinated? If you havent, you probably should be.

I was going to say “but I was vaccinated and I got chicken pox!” and then I realised that a decade ago I was 13.
