glangela fever is a viral infection that you get in the throat, also called the ‘ kissing desiese’ but dont worry its not really but it is spread through passing germs. this could be from drinking the same juice as some one who has it… if you feel your throat you may feel hard lumps up by your jaw, they are your glans if they are sore to touch or really hard ( and you will have a sore throat) you may have it dont worry it will go away with some penicilin. X
The kissing disease is mononucleosis
I’ve researched online and through all the medical journals I have (passed down tome from my mother who is a nurse), and I still can’t find anything called “Glangela Fever”
