Give me secrets on thighs

Does anyone have any advice on how to tone up your thighs, are there any effective secrets that people know and arnt shareing!!! Hmmm. Please help lol I have loadsa calf muscle and no thigh muscle or toneness at all, help me… Lol

dont eat fatty foods. drink a lot of water, run, tone them..how? ookay here are some workouts..

  1. lay on your side make sure your hips are stacked up on each other
  2. support your head with your arm that is to the floor the other hand support your body weight in front of you from fallin forward.
  3. lift up your leg straight up and flex the toe and bring it back down, dont lay it completly back on your other leg that resting on the floor, repeat a 3 sets of 8
  4. switch sides and repeat.

stretch them! i was in dance for like 5 years mine were toned but then i quit so dance and stretch well and all the other leg exercises at the gym :P
