is it posible to have two periods in one month

Answer #1

Sometimes your body can get “off kilter” and do weird things. If you have had two periods in one month, I totally believe you. Sometimes you can start to have one, and it can be very light, and it might start up again later to finish. Your body has all kinds of things going on inside it, and since we aren’t doctors we can’t really say for sure why. Ask your doctor or a parent if you are concerned.

Answer #2

I’m not a girl, but as I understand it, the cycle is 28 days apart. So you could end one at the beginning of the month and start a new one at the very end of the month.

Dear honeybun, Yes, ..If this is happening a visit to the doctor is a must. When just starting out the body has a difficult time to regulate. So it appears you are having more than one period and that can be quite normal. If your going into menopause the body again is trying to regulate and can cause more than one period. But no matter your age seeing a doctor is always a good idea. Sue..good luck
