Do you mean oestrogen pills as in Birth control? if you do then the birth control contains oestrogen…this makes oestrogen levels high so its stops the FSH levels rising,which makes the eggs mature in an ovary, and that stoped LH from realising the matured eggs. So if Oestrogen levels are perminently high from taking the pill it stops the rest of the cycle continuing and stops a woman from getting pregnant.
You know, only when I came on here did I ever see an O being placed in front of estrogen :)
