Girls advice

Ok… I need to know a quick way to lose weight. I need to lose at least 20 preferrably 30 in 2 months. is there anything that any of you found that worked?!? this is important. Any diet pills or diets that stil actually work that are easy (and cheap) to get. Thanks

oh my gosh. I’m so sick of seeing these questions the answer is diet and exercise on a regular basis.(active lifestyle.) diet without exercise will not help most of the time or the other way around)

1200 or 1300 calories a day, Exercise (cardio like dancing) Or just walk around for 30min to an hour,

you can eat 1200-1400 calories per day and you should have 2 snacks(either k-bar or fruits-carrots-cucumber) aand do about 50-75 jumping jacks and try swwimming if uwant and you lose 5 to 8 kilos in noo time

eat right not diet eat healthy like instead of a hamburger and fries have a salad ok and exercise an hour 4 to 6 times a week not walking but running and cardio if you have comcast cable on demand has a exercise t.v. station with different cardio and stuff I lost about 50 pounds in 2 months I go to the gym 3 times a week now and love it

just do a sport, or a hobby. anything that gets you moving. dancing or swimming or yoga or arobics, or somthing like that. and when you feel the need to snack. you are probably just bored but if you are hungry and just want a snack, drink glasses and glasses of water until you are full and you wont feel the need to snack anymore. it really works!!!
