Can my girlfriend move in with me?

My girfriend is having problems with her stepdad and I am just wondering she is 15 can she move out into my house if my parents are willing to take her in? I just want it all to stop but i feel that there is nothing i can do to stop it. He won’t let us see each other so she is sneakin around like going over to a friends house to come and see me. She can’t talk to me on the phone and the only time is see her is at school. Help!

Since he is not her legal guardian becos he is her step dad, unless he has gone thru the Court to claim guardianship of her then he cant stop her from moving out. So you need to find out, but if her mother lives there her mother has the power to do something about it.
