A girl can only get pregnant if male sperm enters her. So if she’d soak the makeup brush in male sperm and then smear that sperm to the inside of her female sexual organ, yes, she could.

If she uses the makeup brush to mastrbate, without any male involved (I can’t imagine how that should work though, but people have weird ideas sometimes) she can NOT get pregnant.

If she uses the makeup brush the way it is supposed to be used - to paint her face - then she can NOT get pregnant either.

The only possible way you can get pregnant is if the brush very recently came into contact with sperm … the sperm needs to still be wet to cause pregnancy. I truly hope you’re using a makeup brush because you’re not actually having sex - you know far too little about sex education to be responsible enough to do it.
