Nervous or flirty. I usually bite my bottom lip on anything risky or nervous conversations. So it could be that sort of thing, unless the girl bites her lip every time she talks to a guy.

i bite my lip a lot and it always gets misinterpreted. i do not do it for anything, it is just a habit but i know a lot of girls who do it to try acting sexy lol it depends what were you guys talking about?
