Just be open and honest poor you heart out and your opinions. she will be more flatterd if your honest. but dont go over the top, keep it to about two to three compliments otherwise it looks like your trying to hard. Or you can start off slow and easy like if she looks great one day tell her. then later on compliment her makeup and eyes and smile or hair, girls love that. Hope this helps
