How do I cook Good ginger chicken, My boyfriend loves it and I would like to make him some

This is the recipe I use. It’s also very healthy and low in fat.
15 ml (1 tbsp) Lemon Juice
10 gr (2 tsp) Ginger; grated
3 gr (1/2 tsp) Pepper
2 cloves Garlic; finely chopped
4 ea Chicken Breast; boneless skinless
- Combine lemon juice, ginger, pepper and garlic in a small bowl
- Place the chicken in a deep bowl
- Pour the ginger mixture over the breasts, turning to coat
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes
- Place chicken in a 400°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until done
