gimp for skins?
on bebo it says you need a version of photoshop to make skins. can you use gimp because I dont really want to buy it for just making skins thanks?
here you go heres the newest cs3 you will need a program to handel the torrent so download utorrent from utorrent.com then go to this link and download the file and open it with utorrent now this program is hacked and what thats means is that who ever made this torrent made it so it requires no updates and more or less streamlined it
