What exactly do ghosts/spirits look like?

I know for sure when I used to sleepover my grand mas house, I would always see a shadow figure near the kitchen, it can be of any form. Then when I closed my eyes and reopened the shadow wasn’t there and I got pretty scared and never wanted to sleep with the door open again. So…any type of shadow figure you see. I suppose that could be one type.

I always saw spirits when I was little and sometimes all they would manifest themselves as were either a white shadow type figure or sometimes they would be dark.

A shadow, a white mist, and I’ve heard from friends where they actually saw what they thought was an identifiable person but then they disappeared. infront of them.

I should also mention cases where former pets reappeared in their households. Personally, I have seen shadows moving and not from any car or other lights and I have seen white mists hover over those in the process of dieing. But not an actual identifiable person walking about.

Well I have always seen”them” and my family has always told me I used to talk about them starting from the age of 2 and they were always like a shadow and they always did something like routine every night when I was laying in bed, my grandma also told me one time when she was little her neighbor had a son who loved to play piano and he died on the war so they were given his piano so one time her and her sister went down to the basement to check it out and they were going through where the music scrolls were kept and they found a photo of him playing the piano and she said she swore on her life her and her sister heard a sigh when they looked at it as if he was remembering that moment……..

I don’t believe in this “GHOST” thing. These are just imaginations that have been created by writers…
