Getting sick a lot?

So my whole life I’ve never really gotten sick but for some reason this past (school) year I’ve gotten sick so many times. Probably more than the three years before that put together. It’s like I’m sick a least once a month. Colds mostly. Do you think there’s a reason for this? Maybe I’m not getting enough vitamins? Anybody have any theories?

Answer #1

Umm it could be that you’re lacking either vitamins or proteins, also aminoacids. You should go to the pharmacy and take omega 3, they say that helps. Also for the proteins, eat 1 egg a day only 1 egg brings you enough proteins you need in one day.

I think it might just be a bad time maybe? or have a lot of people been sick around you more then usually?

Answer #3

Your immune system may be having a problem - see your Dr for an accurate assessment…Take care !!
