hi I have loads of pimpols and littly lumps on my forehead I jsut want to know they best way to get rid of it
what to use ? have you tried it ? did it work ? how long till pimpols are gone any other advice ??
I tried loads of clearsil, toothpaste and other stuff but nothing works !

I feel you... I'm 22 years old and my face just recently started clearing up. I tried everything from random acne medicalions and on the spot treatments and nothing really worked.
I suggest maybe seeing a dermatologist if it seems to be getting worse. That's what I tried first, and she gave me some face gels like Benzaclin and Finacea along with some pills like Doryx and Nicomide which is supposed to reduce redness. Although it helped reduce the redness, I wasn't really seeing results with the pimples.
So I just decided to take things in my own hands and try other things... I started going for routine facials (which helped clean out pores and prevent further outbreaks), and then I started using this little kit that I got from CVS (look in the face washing section) called AcneFree Sensitive from University Pharmaceuticals Corp. This stuff really worked for me! Now my skin is so smooth, I rarely get any breakouts now. Another thing I would suggest using for your face is a green tea moisturizer. Those moisturizers really make your face feel so soft, and doesn't irritate your skin. I love it =o)

hey :) I have the same problem. I went to the dr & I talked to him bout it. if you're a girl, they might suggest alesse 28 birth control pills. it calms your hormones down, not just concatreptives. but if you refuse the pills, you may ask for a prescriiption that should be covered.. I got mine from the dr & it lasts a good 2 month. it does take a while till the pimples go away though. its called BENZOYL PEROXIDE OR BENZACLIN TOPICAL GEL. it works great. never wash your face with soap! it dries out your face. just rinse really good.& mosturizer helps too when you're going to bed. it clogs up your pores with the natural moisture & prevents bacterias from getting into your pores because your pores opens at night. avoid eating a lot of sweet :)
If you have a lot of zits..then use proactive...I've used it and it worked after awhile..but see I dont have many pimples...if you have only a few use neutrogena that is what I use and I LOVE it...also if you don't mind spending $300 dollars on this..you can get this thing called the "zap" it electricutes them away...REALLY EXSPENSIVE..but works the best..
Go see a dermatologist if you really can't control it.
Wash your face with a deep-cleansing scrub in the morning and night.
Use a toner in the morning.
Use an anti-acne cream (like On-the-Spot by Neutrogena) before going to bed.
