Any tips for getting rid of FAT monsters?

I don't mean the hang overs from drinking to much. You know the ones that Hang Over your pants on the sides and the backish area. I had a baby four months ago, and there are no signs of these suckers going away. I'm losing the weight everywhere else but it just makes the "hang overs" look bigger. To add to my problem, I have very little in the fanny. below my waist I'm a size 3 but these "hang overs" forse me to wear at least a 5 (with a belt so I don't crack attack the whole world) Any at home tips for getting rid of these monsters would any greatly appriciated
