I was just wondering: At what age do you typically develop hips? And are there any excersises to make them bigger?
Puberty(when your hips and other things get bigger.) may begin as early as 7 or 8 years old or as late as 14 years old. But that's not to say that they can't still grow.
If you think you're done growing then the best answer to get more curves is to bulk up. That is weight training! Dead lifts, squats ect and also short distance running.
I would be EXTREMELY reluctant to try to make them bigger !!....I do beleive as you age they will expand regardless, on their own !....I think this might be one of those "be careful what you wish for" items
