Getting healthier...

So, I’ve been thinking about starting a healthier lifestyle for quite some time now, but to no avail. It just seems like every exercise plan I look at is all work and no fun, so I lose all motivation. I want to be leaner, but still curvy. I’m in the 5’4-5’6 region height wise(5’5 I think?) and in the 117-122 region weight wise. Not necessarily unhealthy or overweight, but I’ve still got some baggage that I’m not so keen on having. I want to be leaner without a ton of muscle gain. I wouldnt mind some muscle in my legs and abdomen, but my arms I don’t really care about. Does anyone know of any fun workout routines that are easy to stick with and actually DO work? I cant do anything oh so fancy, but I’m so done with the “crunches, pushups, and situps” that everyone suggests.

Also, I’m worried about losing a significant amount of curvyness in my bust and butt regions. Of course I want to be in better shape, but I’m also proud of the well endowed bust I have. Will I lose a lot of that when I’m only trying to be leaner/healthier without a severe amount of weight loss?

Try doing a dance workout, there are not crunches or anything but it will make you leaners.. palities (did not spell that right) they worked for me and helped me become leaner.. There are thinks out there that will help, you just need to keep an open mind and try something that has a little rythem..
