I am trying to lose weight, my goal was to lose 10 lbs when I started, but I have gained 4 lbs since. i am doing some good workouts that should be helping, but at the same time I am trying to get abbs, so I am working a lot of muscles. Is the weight fat, or is muscles ? And how can I tell?
Girl you might be building muscle it tends to weigh more then fat keep that in mind
Maybe its muscle and try checking your body mass index
