Ive been a small figure my whole life. Im 4`8 in. and about 84 lbs. Recently I took a BMI test and Id like to be 111 lbs. I tried every method and nothing works. And I have a fast metabolism. Please help!
Hey !! I'm only 16 and I weigh 130 lbs ! But for me this is a grat improvement cause about 3 months ago I only weighed 115 lbs !! The first thing I stated going to gym 3 times a week ! And I stared eating loads more, like instead of 1 piece of meat for lunch I'll take 2 ! Always increase the amount of food u eat ! Then eat 3 good meals a day don't miss one ! Plus between every meal eat nuts and food with high calories and protine! Portige is great ! 2 months into training I already noticed s difference so then I started taking protine shakes, ( mass gainer ) this really helps !! But font take it as a meal this is just for extra cal and protine ;) last of all !!!! NEVER GIVE UP and u need to believe in yourself !! Good luck !!!
I am not sure if this is scientifically proven but I have heard that body shapes has something to do with genetic. In my family, from grand mother to grand grand children that I know of, there is not one whose weigh is more than 120 pounds. Sister is an "eater", she eats almost everything on the table, but she never gains weigh more than 48 kgs.
So as long as you are healthy, I think that's fine.
drink whole milk, eat lots of avocados. avocados is the fruit with the most calories and has lots of nutrition also. Build muscles, eat alot of snacks such as chips or prestels.
Increase your calorie, healthy fat and carbohydrate intake, but make sure you're exercising as well because you don't want to be getting fat.
