How do I get rid of this pop up?

Hm. Can you take a screenshot of it?(look above the ‘insert’ button and where it says ‘prtscn’ click that then open paint and click paste then save it then upload it to here) So I can see what type of popup it is.

This is a FAKE anti-virus program. Do not respond to it. Instead, get rid of this malware by running the program ‘Malwarebytes Anti-Malware’. You can get Malwarebytes from several sources, but my preferred source is always http://download.cnet.com/windows/ This site is a trusted and legitimate source I have been using for years. Malwarebytes is a free program (that has an optional $25 upgrade) that you can download now, and run manually. I would highly recommend adding this to your protection suite. (You should have an anti-virus, a two-way firewall, anti-spyware (a couple, including Malwarebytes), and an updated OS.) Other good anti-malware are ‘Spybot - Search and Destroy’, ‘Ad-Aware’, and ‘SpywareBlaster. All of these are, or have, free versions so you have no real excuse not to have them.
