how can we get funding for transport to school?

i live in plymouth (england) and i am going back to school to do A levels and my friend is joining from a different school but we have a problem about transport, i live 3 miles away from the school and there is only one bus that goes there but now i am 16 i have to pay full price instead of half price which i was getting but we are on income support so we can’t afford it, and i cant use my ema because it will take nearly all of it to cover it and then i will have no money left to get school supplies which i will need, i cant walk there its too far for me plus i am paranoid and aspergic. my friend lives further from the school than me, atleast 6 miles away, she was prepared to catch the 2 busses she needed to get to school but the bus route has been changed so that bus doesnt come near her house anymore, she will have to walk a couple of miles to get to an area to get the bus which she cant do because that will mean waking up even earlier, she already had to wake up about an hour earlier to get the bus near her, now she will have to wake up another 30 minutes earlier at least so thats at like 4:30 am, she has dispraxia. there must be some way we can get funding for a taxi to school or something? please help
