Right, the feature isn't in the system yet, but it will be (you've probably noticed the list of bugs we have?) In any case, stuff like helping others with great answers, fast, writing howtos, sharing photos that people like and view, etc...that helps you earn points. Then we'll have an exchange rate - it's not set in stone yet, but, I think it's something like one point is a penny in USD...we'll probably have it fully done and docs online in a month, or sooner.
I wanted to add to that question, what is the point of saving them up? Do you get something if you "spend" them or what?
