How can I help my friend move out of her abuisve household and in with me?

My best friend is neglected and abusied. Her mom either blows her off for everything or is yelling at her. She wants to get kicked out and if so she’d probly come and live with me and my mom, the only problum is if her mom does kick her out we don’t know if there is anyway for her mom to be able to get her back if she dosen’t want to. It’s really bad like to the point when her parents found out she was bi-sexual they beat her untill she screamed for them to just kill her. She dosen’t want to get the law involved because she dosn’t want the rest of her family messing in it specailly if my mom is ok with takeing her in. Is there anyway the law can stop her if she is KICKED OUT? and if so then what can we do to prevent it?

alright, well the thing is if she got kicked out but then her parents wanted her back and found her under your parents protection, then they could sue or whatever for kidnapping, so best just to wait till shes 18 even tho that sucks. :/

You will have to get the law involved. If she is kicked out, or leaves on her own, she has no legal rights until she is 18. Also no one else can be her guardian, get her medical help, enroll her in school, etc. Child protective services can help, and they only talk to the people directly involved.
