What are some free photo editing websites?

I can’t afford photoshop and I would like to be able to edit my pictures nicely! I already use Picnik but I was wondering if there are any other good websites?

I downloaded Picasa 3. It works fairly well for me

you could download Picasa, its pretty good. Picnik is a really good online photo editer…only other online one is Befunky.com, i think its called

my personal favorite is john pauls chacha lab it comes with Chasys Draw IES (i belive u can get it by its self) keep in mind i do professional photo editing… so if u use this program i suggest actual checking the tutorials… very great program

Picnik!!!!! you can do soo many diffrent things and it makes really good pictures :)

Paint.NET is EXTREMELY close to Adobe Photoshop. Personally, I like Adobe better, but Paint.NET isn’t that bad. I didn’t like it at first, but when I got used to the tools, it was awesome! It’s free to download http://funadvice.com/r/14qcb22ujre
