Foundationy eyebrows?

I have pale skin, and im blonde. My skins quite horrible so I wear foundation and also to give me some colour - but its really hard not to get it in my eyebrows so how can I :

Stop them from going orange and looking really hairy ?
After a while the area around my eyebrows go white, how can I stop it?

you can apply a liqued fondation by using your fingertips to spread it evenly around your face then go over it with powder foundation useing a big brush. like the kind you use for putting blush on. if you still get some on your eyebrows just wipe it off with a wet towel

and get a sponge thing to go around ure eye brows
