For How Long Should I Steep Tea?
I can never tell how long to let the tea sit in the water. For how long should I steep tea? Is there a perfect length of time for tea that is not too strong and not too weak?
Depends on how dark you like tea. Usually if you are adding milk I would say about three minutes. If you like it black then you might want to steep it for less time.
4 to 6 minutes for black tea using boiling water
