Try cottage cheese mixed with flax seed meal. Eat alot of whole foods and “complete” meals. Spaghetti with lots of medium-lean beef, or cheeseburgers with french fries. You want to focus on protein primarily, some good fat, and carbohydrates.

To gain weight: 1.Eat 500 calories over your maintenance level. 2.Eat calorie-dense foods. Junk food IS calorie-dense. 3.Carbs aren’t important for the body, but it’s used as quick energy for its rate of digestion. 4.Take in lots of protein and fat.

Calorie-dense foods: –Grains– Whole-grain Pasta Whole Wheat Bread Brown/White Rice Oats/Bran

–Meats– Chicken Fattier Beef (50/50, 60/40, 75/25, 80/20, etc.) Fish

–Oils– Peanut oil Olive/Sunflower Oil Peanut Butter Almonds

–Vegetables– Anything dark green retains a lot of water and has lots of carbs that are converted into Dietary fiber for digestion.

Initially you need: 1-1.5g of protein/lb. 1-3g of carbs/lb. 0.5-1g of fat/lb.

So if you weigh 85lb., you need: 2,200 calories +/- activity level 85-130g of protein 85-255g of carbs 42-85g of fat

Eating those macros/calorie intake will give you 1lb/week until you reach ~90-95lb. of bodyweight.
