I am the second flyer but the others determined that the other girl was lighter. So now I'm a mini flyer. There is 7 people on my squad.
Well wait a sec... if you're a mini flier then isn't that still a flier? Are you asking how you can get "first flier" or second flier back or something? If so, well it seems like you've already mentioned that weight was a reason. But I don't suggest you try losing a ton of weight (because as you may know, it can be addicting and harmful, especially if you're already a flier which means you're probably already light). Perhaps they just choose her over better technique. If you know what your doing, you can make yourself lighter by how you control your fall etc. Try improving your technique :)
Just do really good at your jumps and tell your coach you want to learn to fly. I broke my arm flying in allstars last year.Have fun though.(:
