Flatter stomach !

Im about 5”3 and I weigh 8 stone (dunno how many pounds) thats actually a good weight, but my stomach sticks out quite a bit, I feel it makes me look pregnant ! I hate it ! Is there anyway to get a flat stomach or is it all down to exercise and healthy eating? because I love Mcdonalds :) !

hey hun! a little workout never hurt anyone. but the workouts people do these days takes loads of time to actually see a difference. now i have 2 opions you can chose from. 1) you can do crunches on a hard floor (not a bed) but the way you need to do it is when ever you lift your upper body up you also at the same time need to lift your butt up. jus enough making sure that your spine stays in contact with the floor. but don’t forget when doin this you also need to flex your abs (stomach muscles). 2) if you have money to spare you can invest in a sona belt. it’s a heat device you plug in the wall and wrap around your stomach and back. it gets reall hott causing you to sweat. when you sweat you burn fat. you wear this belt for 50mins at a time and it makes your stomach smaller or thighs breasts or butt. the first time you use it your guarenteed to lose 1 to 2 inches. jus trying to help …..kaybug26….
