Why are my f!ngers cramping?
Ok, I know it’s a weird question, but it feels like the bones in my ring and middle finger on my right hand are cramping. I work with my hands, and do a lot of crafts… what could be the problem?
Sorry this isn’t an answer but can someone do something about this? Every question with the word “finger” in it gets put in the mature section…

I think it cud b from the work u do, keepin ur fingers in a certain position a lot can do that, or u cud b low on potasium
probably the potassium..the only true repetative movion I do is lifting the coffeepot… but I think that would be more wrist issues than fingers
I have found that eating a banana once a week can help with that
