How can i find volenteer opportunities for cancer?
I would love to volenteerfor cancer victims, especialy children with cancer but all the websites I have tried seems like theres no such thing! i cant find a single opportunity anywhere and i really want to volenteer ): Could you please give some websites that i could try?
Im not sure about websites but after my father got sick i felt that i wanted to volunteer fo cancer patients and participate in fundraisers and walks since it had hit so close to home. I contacted his hospital and they had ton of inormation for me. Look up your local hospital that deals with cancer patients an talk to the nurses in that section, they should be able to help you or atleast give you the names of some good founations in your area.
You’re not always necessarily going to find anything on websites, but places will often welcome volunteers if you call. Try hospitals, cancer support communities, cancer treatment centers etc. Just call and ask.
if u cant find any place, u can always find ways to just raise money and donate it every month or sumthing
