(no flamers!) I heard that the book is sold out in nearly every website! Please help me find a website or two that has the printed version of Emilie's book?
The first edition is sold out, as well as the second edition which was shipped out the first week of October. Your best bet is to pre-order the book during the next edition or check Ebay (though the prices are very high).
