What film is 'it's a small world after all from?'

I know it’s a Disney one but still….I saw it and this guy started to sing ‘It’s a small world after all’ and someone hit him or stopped him from singing the rest. Possibly a boss of the baddie’s gang. I’m just wondering xD

Hey :) Actually I think it doesn’t belong to a movie at all. It’s actually a song to a ride in disneyland, disney world, tokyo disneyland etc. with the song playing. (if it is in a movie, i dont think i’ve seen it in an actual one, but it was in a sing-a-long vid i saw when i was little… does that count?) Hope I’ve Helped!! XD
