I also heard that Folic Acid works. Usually within 14 of your period your most likely to get pregnant. Use a fertility calculator. hope this helps

Using a fertility test to determine when its best for you would be one thing you could do. I have heard if you exercise and stay fit it helps increase the chance of getting pregnant as well - I personally don’t know why that is. Some people say that taking prenatal vitamins will help increase the chance of getting pregnant - I’m assuming the healthy kick has to do with this one as well. Goodluck.
