What to do if I'm innocent and convicted of a felony?

what do you do if you are the scape goat and now a felon thanks to a dr negligence. and I swear ohio is full of crooks. paid a lawyer that rarely showd up to court .charged for something I did not do? yet convicted even the police told court they doubt I did anything wrg but now I want my record corrected. as I am no felon is there any real honest persons out there? and how do I fix this ?I cannot afford to keep paying for this and am sick of fighting to clear name!!!

I’d get a better lawyer & hire them on contingency (meaning, they get paid if you win) and then you sue the other one for negligence, wrongdoing, mental anguish, etc, related to your wrongful conviction.

First step is to get that overturned, and there are non profit org’s that will help you with your case. Contact the local authorities (police, DA’s office, etc) and they can direct you to the nearest non profit near you that will help.
