Why have I been feeling so down lately?
I feel like very often nowadays I feel very sad and stressed out. I think most of it has to do with my mom. We had a huge fight a few days ago and I still haven’t gotten over it. My mom also keeps complaining to me that I either look sad or pissed off during the day. Someone even asked me a few days ago if I was sad when I didn’t even think I was. I have to take a pill every night now to help with my mood. I don’t feel like this all day though. I’ll feel alright then something little happens then I go back into feeling bad again. Why is this and does anyone have any advice that can maybe help me be a little more happy during the day and help me be more positive? Anything at all would help. Thanks!
You could possibly have depression, or anxiety. You could tell your doc that you think you may be depressed or have anxiety, and if he agrees then he can prescribe medication for you that will make you feel a lot better. :)
Yeah that’s another thing I don’t have a doctor. Don’t go to counseling either. Tried that plenty of times and it didn’t do crap for me
You mean you have tried talking to someone and they didn’t give you medication?
Well on the medication part no. I’ve had weird problems for years and I’ve tried some counseling and they really didn’t do anything for me. And I don’t think I even want to mention to my mom about medication when she already has some that could help with it
Well, I have been to counseling as well, and some didn’t help. But maybe you should try a different counselor and different counseling place. I had to go through a few until I found one I liked and really understood and helped me. Same as doctor’s, you should get a doctor, one that you like. It may take a little time and effort to find the right people and places to help you. but you will find help sooner or later. Just don’t worry too much! :)
i think as soon as u get over the fight with ur mom u will get over it.try talking it out with her.this might help.and i think if u take pills for long,u night get dependent on it.so better don’t go for that.u can take a break from ur everyday work or try new things in it.and just saying,for me-eating a lot of food at nights when i am really sad seriously works!!! :D
