I've been eating a lot recently but ino matter how much I eat I won't get ful
Food was scarce through most of mankind's evolutionary history. When we had food we gorged since our food supply wasn't dependable. Also, since rich foods have the densest nutrition and sweet fruits are the most nutritious we evolved to love rich sweet foods. The instincts that helped us survive for hundreds of thousands of years now work against us. It goes against our instincts but we should learn to stop eating before we feel full. We also should eat healthy foods even though junk food is more appealing. I've been working on both of these for 30 years with varying degrees of success.
There are certain foods that make one more full while not actually filling you up. Pastas and breads accomplish this very well. You can substitute a healthy whole grain alternative for both. Also, try eating slower. The slower you eat, the more time the food has to digest and, in turn, make you full.
You're probably not eating healthy foods. When you eat oily foods, your stomach is filled mostly with oil and you still feel hungry which makes you eat more. If you eat a ton of greens and good healthy stuff, your stomach will fill up to the top and feel full.
Are you very active athletically? I've had the same issue sometimes in the past where I am eating but am still hungry as I eat haha, go figure. But that was in the summer when i worked out even more than I usually do so my metabolism was extremely high.
It could be that your metabolism is really high so you need to eat more, it could be a hormonal thing, you may be doing lots of physical activity and need more food. Without knowing more about you its hard to say.
I will eat tons of fruit still feel full then eat more pasta or bread and still feel hungry.. I can't seem to satisfy my hungry no matter what I eat
Hmmmm maybe you are really full, but your mind feels that it isn't? I don't even know if that makes sense haha. Do you ever feel full??
are you drinking enough? sometimes I feel like I can keep eating, but when I drink a glass of water or milk, I feel totally full.
the quality of food you were eating was not of a good quality. and also you need to eat vegetables and fruits.
Maybe you have high metabolism every two hours you feel hungry like i do and never gain weight.
