What should I feed a 9-week-old Australian Cattle Dog/ Red Heeler?

I just got the cutest Duel; Masked Red Heeler/ Australian Cattle dog pup last week his name is Azazel, I am wanting him to be fed the same diet as my other dog a Shiztsu x pomeranian, his diet concists of things like Fresh and or boild vegeis, rice, sardiens in spring water, raw offal, meat and bones, Milk (my dog is not lactos intolerant) pasta and so forth

I started giving my Shiztsu x this from about 9-10 weeks old but I do worry as Azazel is Bigger than my Shiztsu x and wold this diet suite him?

I think puppy kibble and dog kibble are “nutritional blanced” but also a marketing Gimick, persoaly giving dogs people food ( as long as it is within what they can eat) because all the kibbles high end or not are full of cheap protien and fortified foods stuffs in it.

What are your opions?
